1. About MEZURIX
MEZURIX provides digital tools designed to help users compare everyday choices using information and values entered by the user.
MEZURIX tools provide estimates and decision-support information. They do not make decisions on your behalf.
2. Estimates and accuracy
Results generated by MEZURIX are based on the information you provide and the calculation methods used by each tool.
Results are estimates and should not be considered guarantees of actual costs, savings, future value, performance, or outcomes.
You are responsible for reviewing the information and making your own decisions.
3. Financial and professional advice
MEZURIX is not a financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advisory service.
Information and calculations provided through MEZURIX are intended for general informational and personal decision-support purposes only.
4. Free tools
Certain MEZURIX tools and features may be available free of charge. We may add, modify, improve, or discontinue tools and features as the service develops.
5. MEZURIX PRO
MEZURIX PRO is currently under development. Features, pricing, and availability displayed before launch are previews and may change before the service becomes available for purchase.
When paid services become available, applicable pricing and purchase terms will be clearly displayed before payment.
6. Accounts
Some current or future features may require a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for providing accurate information.
7. Acceptable use
You may use MEZURIX for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated methods that place unreasonable demands on the service, or copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute MEZURIX tools or content without permission.
8. Intellectual property
The MEZURIX name, branding, website design, original content, tools, interfaces, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permitted by law, no rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, sell, or create unauthorized copies of MEZURIX materials.
9. Third-party services
MEZURIX may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, to operate parts of the website and customer account functionality. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Availability
We aim to keep MEZURIX available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEZURIX is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on estimates generated by the tools or from decisions made using those estimates.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms as MEZURIX develops, including when new tools, accounts, paid services, or MEZURIX PRO features are introduced.
